Getting Ready For Winter... 2 Months Of Fun!

The last 2 months have flown by but I don't want to forget some of the highlights, so here we go...

FALL MEANS PUMPKINS ON OUR 'PORCH'
           SAYING GOODBYE TO THE MCVAYS
My sister and her family sold their home (a decision that happened overnight and 2 weeks later their home was up for sale), bought a motorhome, pulled in here to load for a few days, and hit the road. They left September 20,2020.
Thankful for technologically so these cousins can keep in touch on their journey.

                 OUR HOME CLOSED 9.21.20
Though this is a tough moment to let go of the home you became parents in, we knew it was the perfect time. The Ha family (pictured with their agent Brian) will absolutely love this home and make many memories here.
A small WELCOME HOME gift for The Ha Family
On closing night, they invited us over to have dinner on THEIR new table (we left it for them)

                             EMILY TURNS 6
This sweet girl turned 6. Grandpa & Rosy threw her a nice birthday party before they headed to Florida for the winter.
Then a group of amazing, loving, generous people joined us at CAMP EMILY to celebrate her!

TIME TO EXPLORE & ENJOY NATURE
Kids have really enjoyed riding bikes all over the property around here. They got me on a bike for the first time in MANY years. It actually felt pretty good till the next day-if you know what I mean.
Many friends have come over to explore with the kids. The kids have friends over who think this "camp" is pretty cool and can't believe we LIVE here.

     WINTERIZING OUR OUTDOOR LIVING AREA
We came up with the idea to use canvas painters drop cloth as curtains to help keep the heat in and the rain out. Mom is an EXTREMELY talented seamstress shown here, sewing on the patio table (only big enough space)
It worked! We love it! Thanks mom-FINALLY a warm place to have friends over.
Kory, with the help of his dad, built a roof structure around our living area. This keeps us dry from the front door to the outdoor kitchen, to Grandma's, and our living area. It's perfect!!
Here it is, gutters and all!!
Night life at Camp Hagen-WE LOVE IT!!
The curtains create an amazing ambiance and keep us warm enough to eat and hang out.
I winterized our windows to try and keep heat in and moisture out. I may or may not have been on the top (yellow) step of the ladder.

       STARTING SCHOOL IN THE MOTORHOME
First day of school finally happened.

               HALLOWEEN IN THE COUNTRY
                  BUSINESS IS A BLESSING
Last but not least we are thankful for our clients/friends. We have had 5 closings during this time off our blog, multiple listing appointments, and buyer dream meetings.
This is not only our bread and butter but it's our calling to serve and help people through one of life's most stressful events.

                           LOVE YOU FRIENDS!
HERE'S TO A FUN WINTER IN AN RV!
